Note: We have several different mail systems, “Servlet Classic”, Surgemail (siscom, dnaco, your-net), Dayton.net (coax.net), and Plesk. Please make sure you select the appropriate mail service for configuration info below.
Servlet Classic Mail
Please enter your username (lower case) and password to read your email:

Mail Client Settings (phone, tablet, and/or computer):
Incoming Settings
Mail Server: mail.servlet.net
Username: your userid
Password: your password – whatever that is
Ports: 143 IMAP (recommended) 110 POP (not recommended) non TLS/SSL, 993 IMAP 995 POP with TLS/SSL
Outgoing Settings
Mail Server: securesmtp.servlet.net
Username: your userid
Password: your password – whatever that is
Ports: 587 or 465 for SMTP. Note, port 25 will NOT work. With or without TLS/SSL.
If you are having difficulty making these settings work, we strongly suggest using the webmail interface to login. If you can’t login using the web interface, there could be an issue with your mail account. If webmail is working, then the issue is with your mail software client configuration. Note, we are not an end-user computer, phone, or tablet support company, if your webmail is working then services are working. You may contact support for these issues but could be charged for the contact if the issue is on your device.

For Surgemail Siscom, DNACo, and Your-Net:
Before doing anything else, restart your phone, tablet, and/or computer. This will clear any lingering certificate issues. If you access via webmail on a bookmark, please update to one of the links below or edit to remove the :7443 from the address and all will be well.

Messages about login IP addresses are for your protection and information. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password.
How to change your password: Login in using a web browser to webmail using your email address as your username and whatever your current password is, you can then select Options in the top right side of the screen, then press the Change Password button, enter your old password then a new one and confirm it and press Change Password again.

Check your Dayton.Net account via webmail.
Check your Coax.Net account via webmail.
Or for Plesk users your full email address via webmail.
You can change your password through the webmail interface.
